The problem
Petzone started with a simple need, an online store. But as the relationship grew, so did the gap between what they were doing manually and what their business had scaled into: managing stock across multiple branches and a wholesale channel, running a full animal hospital on paper based queues, and printing lab results by hand with no structured record system.
What we built
Built in stages as Petzone's needs grew. First an e-commerce website as their first online storefront. Then a multi-branch and warehouse management system to handle stock across branches and their wholesale operations. Then a queue management system for their animal hospital, including a TV/LED display board showing the current OPD number with audio call-outs, a ticketing page where customers get a token on arrival, and OPD tablets showing the last attended and next patient. Then a laboratory report system where staff enter patient info, select the test, input results, and print, replacing manual paperwork. Finally a custom barcode printer integration for faster, error free stock and product handling.
Result
What started as a single website grew into the operational backbone of Petzone's retail and hospital branches. One client who kept returning because each new system worked, and each new system led to the next real problem getting solved.
